The hotel is situated in a serene environment, surrounded by a dense forest and a river. The rooms are spacious with clean bathrooms and good air conditioning. The restaurant serves nice food with a variety of options, and breakfast is tasty with options like omelets. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are enjoyable and well maintained.

The hotel staff didn't give me the chance to alter my non-refundable reservation even when there were no peak season restrictions.

The hotel's location directly by the river and in the midst of a forest offers a peaceful and beautiful setting for a getaway. The unique and tasteful design of both the rooms and common areas is impressive. The friendly and helpful staff adds to the positive experience. The pool area, though small, is not overcrowded and the outside jacuzzi is a particular highlight. The wide selection of drinks at the hotel bar is also worth noting. Rooms with a terrace facing the river provide a calming and scenic view.

The breakfast choices were limited for vegetarians, and even more so for vegans. The absence of alternative milk options and long queues for the coffee machines during breakfast were also drawbacks.

The breakfast was very good and the location was perfect for skiing. We were able to walk to the slopes in just a few minutes, which was great. The spa and wellness center were also very nice with a good pool and relaxing jacuzzi area.

The service was not great. Our room was not cleaned properly and we had to ask for new towels.

The porter was great and towels were changed daily. The hotel had a very nice area with lots of opportunities for an active holiday. The female massage and beauty treatment staff were very good.
